Golden Tree Viveiro Florestal was founded in August 1999 and has two units. Its headquarters is located at Rua Martins Bueno Fonseca, 567 – Industrial district, near the PR 466 highway, in the city of Guarapuava, state of Paraná, with an area of approximately 30,000 square meters. The branch has about 5 hectares and is located at 63-A in Gleba Cachoeira, no number – district of Entre Rios, also in the city of Guarapuava. Its professionals are constantly training and all activities are supervised and guided by technicians in all phases.

SEEDLING SEED ORCHARD – SSO With a view to obtaining advanced, improved generations, a seedling seed orchard was established by using seedlings of Eucalyptus benthamii from selected matrices. The selection of the best families and superior specimens within these families will enable gains in productivity and wood quality in future plantations.
As reforestation is an excellent investment that provides a safe and valued return on capital, the company uses 1st and 2nd generation pine seeds from superior quality orchards supplied by WestRock (Rigesa) in the production.
Golden Tree has its own production of Eucalyptus benthamii seeds, which is regarded to be the world’s largest producer of such species. There is a 7.6-ha area in the city of Candói, state of Paraná, consisting of 1,360 rigorously selected trees. It comprises the first Eucalyptus benthamii seed production area owned by a private company in Brazil, registered with the Ministry of Agriculture. It is identified in the Brazilian Cultivar Registry as EBC 06 Candói.
